A Declare states that is person is no acceptable in Scientology and Scientologists may not associate with declared persons. Declared persons are frequently tragically separated from friends and close relatives. The Scientology group that decides who should be declared is called a Committee of Evidence or Comm Ev. . [1]
Declared persons are considered suppressive persons and may be the victims of Scientology Fair Game.
