Even if you don't have a lot of info about the series, there are always things to do, including writing detailed episode plots, compiling a list of characters that appeared in each episode, compiling a list of a character's appearances in the series, or even simpler things, such as fixing a broken link or a misplaced code. The airing of the newest season, season sixteen, is just another way you can jump in and help. Once the episodes begin to air, there will a variety of ways you can jump in and help add new information about them, such as working on episode pages, creating pages for new characters, locations, and other page-worthy subjects, and adding info to character pages that we find out over the course of the season. Death Note WikianimeDeath Note Wiki is a community database about the manga Death Note, by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata. Death Note centers around a high school student named Light Yagami, who discovers a supernatural notebook that allows him to kill anyone simply by writing the victim's name while picturing his or her face. Disgusted with the amount of crime in the world, Light decides to use the notebook to eliminate criminals and become the "god" of a "New World," inhabited only by those that he deems "good." Now accompanying Light is a Shinigami (Death God) named Ryuk, who dropped the notebook to Earth from the Shinigami Realm. After a number of criminals suddenly die, talk on the internet leads to the deaths being attributed to a mysterious killer that is deemed "Kira" (the Japanese pronunciation of the English word "killer"). As the death toll quickly continues to rise, law enforcement agencies around the world begin to take notice and all are unable to find any reason for the deaths to have had occurred. Unbeknownst to Light, a Detective known only as "L" has also noticed the strange deaths and is already on Lights tail.
